COMPOSITE INSULATOR

Composite insulator is an essential insulation component for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Made of fiberglass core rod, silicone rubber sheath and metal fittings, it features light weight, high strength, excellent hydrophobicity and anti-pollution performance.
Compared with porcelain insulators, our composite insulators have strong anti-aging, anti-flashover and shock resistance, adapting to high altitude, polluted and icy working conditions. They require low maintenance and ensure safe and stable grid operation. Custom sizes and types are available for power line and railway power systems.
