THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE SILICONE ENCAPSULANT

TBL-6619 is a two-component, 1:1 addition-cure silicone rubber designed for encapsulation applications in power electronics. It features good flowability for easy dispensing and encapsulation, excellent electrical insulation performance and thermal conductivity. The material can be cured at room temperature or with heat and provides reliable protection for electronic components. Typical applications include power modules, high-power power supply modules, controllers, inverters and LED driver power supplies. It is suitable for applications requiring electrical insulation, thermal management and stable encapsulation performance.

SILICONE ADHESIVE & SEALANT FOR POWER EQUIPMENT

TBL-6237 and TBL-6233 are one-component RTV silicone adhesives and sealants designed for bonding, sealing and protection of electrical and industrial equipment. They offer good adhesion to materials such as PC, aluminum, stainless steel and glass, with excellent electrical insulation performance. The cured elastomer provides flexible and reliable sealing protection. TBL-6237 is suitable for enclosure bonding and sealing as well as industrial assembly, while TBL-6233 is suitable for component bonding, equipment enclosure sealing and other bonding and sealing applications.

SILICONE RUBBER FOR POWER & COMMUNICATION
