ELECTRICAL CROSS ARM

Electrical cross arm is an essential fitting for overhead power transmission and distribution poles. Mounted horizontally on the top of utility poles, it is used to install insulators and power fittings, support overhead conductors and lightning wires, and maintain safe electrical clearance between power lines to avoid short circuits caused by wind swing. It is widely applied in 0.4kV low-voltage, 10kV and 35kV power distribution projects.

REINFORCED POLE CLAMP

Reinforced pole clamp is a high-strength power iron fitting specially used for heavy-load working conditions. It is integrally stamped from thickened and widened flat steel with a double-bolt fastening structure, whose tensile and anti-deformation performance is far superior to ordinary standard clamps.
It is mainly used for installing tension cross arms, double-layer cross arms, heavy stay wires and transformer supports, applicable to tension poles, large-angle corner poles, terminal poles, as well as poles in mountainous areas with strong wind and ice coating. It can reinforce weak parts of poles, disperse huge unbalanced tension of conductors, prevent clamp tearing and loose displacement of cross arms, and improve the overall structural stability of pole towers.

TENSION CROSS ARM

Tension cross arm is a high-strength cross arm exclusively used for tension poles, terminal poles and large-angle corner poles of distribution lines. As a core electric iron fitting, it is matched with tension insulator strings and tension clamps. It is specially designed to bear the longitudinal tension of conductors and the tension difference between wires on both sides, with greatly improved load-bearing and bending resistance compared with ordinary tangent cross arms.
