JT80 natural ester dielectric fluid, derived from 100% renewable plant oils, offers outstanding fire safety and excellent electrical properties. • Enhanced Overload Capability: According to IEC 60076-14, with ordinary insulation paper, thermal class reaches 120°C (vs. 105°C for mineral oil); with thermally upgraded paper, thermal class reaches 140°C (vs. 120°C for mineral oil).
• Extended Insulation Life: When used with natural ester fluid, insulation paper shows superior tensile strength, polymerization degree, and moisture resistance, extending insulation system life by 4–8 times.

Johntem’s bushing impregnation resin matches imported products in initial viscosity, mechanical strength, and electrical performance. Additionally, it addresses industry challenges with optimized pot life and curing exotherm, enabling seamless replacement and improved yield.
• Superior Performance: Glass transition temperature (Tg) up to 140°C, tan δ ≤ 0.5%.
• Long Pot Life: At 60°C for 14 days, mixed resin viscosity remains below 600 mPa·s, allowing easy impregnation of large bushings.
• Process Compatible: Initial viscosity and other parameters are compatible with imported resins, requiring no major changes to existing production processes.
