INSULATING SHIELDING PRODUCTS

TID POWER has newly developed a range of insulating shielding products, including rubber insulating blankets, conductor covers, and more.
The rubber insulating blanket is made from durable, aging-resistant elastic rubber. It is flexible and easy to use, helping protect workers from accidental electric shock during line maintenance. It comes in square and slotted styles, with Class 2 and Class 4 ratings.
The conductor cover is made of high-density cross-linked polyethylene and is designed to shield distribution lines. It can be installed using insulating gloves or a lever, and is available in Class 2 and Class 4 ratings.
Both products have passed ASTM testing, ensuring safety and reliability. They are ideal protective tools for live-line work.

SHOTGUN STICK

TID POWER's shotgun stick is designed primarily for live-line installation of wire clamps and grounding clamps. It is also suitable for installing overhead and underground lines and various terminal fittings. Available in single-section and folding types, it offers excellent operational versatility and easy handling. The rod is made of high-strength epoxy resin braided and pultruded tubing, and all units have passed a 1-minute 100 kV/300 mm power-frequency withstand test. All insulated parts can be easily wiped clean, making maintenance simple and eliminating the need for on-site disassembly.

COMPOSITE INSULATOR

TID POWER composite insulators are manufactured using an HTV integral injection molding process and an aerodynamic shed design. Key components include high-strength ECR rods, premium silicone rubber with HC1-level hydrophobicity, and hot-dip galvanized steel fittings with a zinc coating exceeding 100 μm. Ultrasonic and PC-controlled crimping technology ensures consistent tensile strength, while the unique double-seal end design guarantees reliable interfaces and effective erosion resistance. The product range covers both transmission and distribution line insulators and railway insulators. They offer excellent electrical and mechanical performance, are lightweight, and provide safe, reliable operation.
