EPSILON MIXING AND DOSING SYSTEMS

The vacuum mixing and dosing systems of the epsilon series form the heart of most systems for casting and automatic pressure gelation in all application areas.
While they comprise the entire preparation and dosing know-how, they can be designed extremely flexibly:
1. for the processing of any casting material system, even if it contains fillers and is highly abrasive
2. for processing pre-formulated or self-formulated casting materials
3. as laboratory systems up to large-series production systems
4. for filling quantities per part from few milligrams up to several tons
5. as fully automatic circulation casting line
6. as central casting material preparation for ring line systems with several casting stations
Regardless of the design of the overall system, however, they always offer maximum reliability, precision, dosing accuracy, and the exact mixing ratio.
