INTEGRATED TRANSFORMER MONITORING DEVICE
New Products / New Technology
An integrated transformer online monitoring device is a power equipment condition monitoring system that integrates multi-parameter sensing, data fusion, and intelligent diagnosis. It utilizes various sensors installed on the transformer to continuously and automatically collect and analyze key parameterssuch as partial discharge, dissolved gases in oil, core grounding current, acoustic/vibration signatures, and bushing dielectric loss24 hours a day.
Its core value lies in overcoming the limitations of traditional monitoring methods, which rely on a single parameter, suffer from low monitoring frequency, and fail to locate fault origins. In doing so, it enables a strategic transformation from periodic maintenance to predictive maintenance.
GIS ONLINE MONITORING DEVICE
New Products / New Technology
By employing technologies such as UHF (Ultra-High Frequency), the detection rate of partial discharge signals can reach over 98%. Combined with intelligent algorithms, fault localization accuracy can be controlled within 30 centimeters, or even 20 centimeters. Leveraging artificial intelligence to analyze multi-dimensional phase-resolved patternsincluding PRPS (Phase-Resolved Partial Discharge Spectrum) and PRPD (Phase-Resolved Partial Discharge) diagramsthe system can automatically identify typical discharge types such as metallic particles and floating potentials, and is equipped with multiple alarm modes. It comprehensively covers key parameters including partial discharge (via UHF/ultrasonic methods), gas status (pressure and density), mechanical characteristics (vibration and deformation), and temperature. This transforms the traditional manual periodic inspection model into 24/7 uninterrupted monitoring.
Indoor rail-mounted inspection robot
New Products / New Technology
Indoor railmounted inspection robots are primarily used in switchgear rooms or cable tunnels for equipment inspection. They travel automatically along preset tracks, precisely stopping at designated equipment points, and support scheduled inspections, temporary tasks, and special inspection modesall without any manual intervention. They can be equipped with UHF/ultrasonic sensors to perform online partial discharge detection on switchgear and other equipment without power outage, effectively compensating for the blind spots of fixed sensors. Inspection data is uploaded in real time to the background management system, which automatically generates reports and trend curves, and supports historical data retrieval and comparison.
