Passive wireless temperature sensors are miniature temperature‑measurement devices developed specifically to meet the unique requirements of on‑site installation environments. They feature a compact form factor, high measurement accuracy, and current‑induction power harvesting. Constructed from insulating, flame‑retardant materials, these miniature sensors can be mounted directly on moving contacts, with an integrated injection‑molded design that ensures a high level of protection.

Micro-water sensor

The SF6 micro‑water and density monitoring device is primarily used for online monitoring of SF6 gas conditions in circuit breakers and GIS equipment operating at voltage levels from 110 kV to 750 kV. The device can measure gas temperature, pressure, density, micro‑water content, and dew point, and transmits these parameters via communication to the integrated monitoring unit.

Omnidirectional partial discharge sensor + host unit

The XZQX-UHF series omnidirectional ultra‑high‑frequency sensors capture UHF partial discharge signals within switchgear rooms. After amplification and filtering, the electromagnetic wave signals are transmitted to the partial discharge monitoring host, which then analyzes and processes the data to extract information such as discharge intensity and phase. Based on this analysis, the system determines the type and severity level of the partial discharge. Monitoring results can be viewed on-site via a network cable connected to the host, displaying real-time PRPD and PRPS plots, or accessed through alternative viewing modes. The effective monitoring range extends up to a radius of 20 meters.
