Partial Discharge Monitoring Products for Switchgear/环网柜
By integrating multiple detection principles—including ultrasonic, ground‑electromagnetic wave, ultra‑high frequency, acoustic noise, and temperature–humidity sensing—the system enables all‑weather, real‑time monitoring of partial discharge within switchgear. It can promptly detect and report anomalies at an early fault stage, effectively preventing major power‑system incidents. The ring‑main unit partial‑discharge monitoring terminal comprises a sensor and a data‑acquisition unit: the sensor is mounted in the cable compartment of the ring‑main unit, while the acquisition unit is installed in the metering cabinet, with the two connected via coaxial cable.
Partial Discharge Monitoring Products for Cables and Connectors
The cable partial discharge monitoring terminal detects partial discharge signals generated by insulation degradation using a high-frequency current sensor, thereby assessing the condition of the insulation. It is primarily deployed on grounding shields of transformers, switchgear cable joints, tap changers, and similar equipment. The cable joint partial discharge monitoring terminal is designed to monitor the magnitude of partial discharge signals at cable intermediate joints. The device features an integrated design, incorporating built-in units for partial discharge signal acquisition, temperature measurement, and water‑infiltration detection, and is powered by an internal battery with wireless communication capabilities. This configuration supports distributed deployment at cable joints, minimizing the need for extensive on-site cabling.
Transformer Partial Discharge Monitoring Products
Partial discharge monitoring for transformers is primarily used in dry-type transformers and pole-mounted transformers rated 10 kV and above. It measures the magnitude of partial discharge signals and provides comprehensive insulation condition monitoring through ultrasonic, ground‑borne electromagnetic wave, ultra‑high frequency, pulse current, and temperature sensors. The monitoring host can acquire and analyze data from each sensor in real time and transmit it to the central system server.
