TesteMCT Through-Deck Sealing System

Teste has independently developed a modular penetration‑sealing system, available in rectangular and circular configurations to suit different opening sizes. The system comprises a stainless‑steel metal frame—made of Q345D, 304, or 316L—and proprietary EPDM rubber sealing modules, offering multiple structural designs and varying levels of sealing performance. It can be flexibly configured for ease of installation and operation. The system meets A‑0/A‑60 fire‑resistance ratings and achieves an IP68 protection rating, effectively blocking pressure, air, and water while providing noise reduction, corrosion resistance, vibration damping, and low‑temperature tolerance. Additionally, it features electromagnetic shielding and explosion‑proof modules to accommodate diverse application scenarios. The system supports diameter‑changing adaptability, includes provisions for future expansion, and is designed for repeated disassembly and reassembly, thereby reducing lifecycle maintenance costs.
