MB900 Smart Substation Integrated Monitoring System is built on the IEC61850 standard with a three-layer architecture comprising the process layer, bay layer, and station control layer. This series of smart grid SF testing instruments includes SF gas comprehensive tester, SF decomposition product tester, cold mirror dew point meter, moisture tester, mixed insulating gas comprehensive analyzer, leak detector, infrared imaging leak detector, density relay calibrator and multifunctional partial discharge detector. The instruments support onsite detection for SF gas humidity, purity, decomposition products, leakage location, density calibration and partial discharge inspection of highvoltage equipment. With high measuring accuracy, portable structure and easy operation, they are applied in preventive tests for GIS, highvoltage switches and other power facilities, fulfilling fulldimensional SF gas detection and equipment condition diagnosis requirements at power operation sites.

SF6 GAS RECOVERY EQUIPMENT

This series includes SF gas vacuum pumping device, low-pressure freezing liquefaction recovery unit, high-pressure oil-free recovery unit, SF/N mixed gas recovery and separation equipment and SF/N mixed gas filling equipment. Adopting mobile structure, the equipment can perform vacuum pumping, SF gas recovery, purification and liquefaction, gas filling and mixed gas separation. It is suitable for on-site maintenance of GIS and high-voltage switches. With stable operation and high automation, it realizes recycling of insulating gas, reduces operation cost and meets environmental protection and maintenance requirements of power grid.
