The high-voltage and low-voltage windings are integrally cast and encapsulated under vacuum using highquality epoxy resin. Coil materials are available in copper or aluminium, and the core is made of highgrade coldrolled grainoriented silicon steel. The insulation class is F (Class H optional), the connection group is Dyn11, the tapping range is ±2.5%, and the shortcircuit impedance is 4% or 6%. Cooling is achieved by a combination of natural air (AN) and forced air (AF); under forcedair cooling, the transformer can sustain 150% rated load.
This transformer is widely used in power substations, industrial and mining enterprises, commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, airports, subways, data centres, power plants, offshore platforms, and other critical locations. It complies with IEC 60076 and GB1094 and other international/national standards.
