Jiangxi Transformer Science & Technology Co.,Ltd. has independently developed and manufactured the worlds first 500-kV-class industrial rectifier transformer, which is used in large-scale aluminum electrolysis production. It delivers 500 kV voltage directly to the load center, effectively reducing power transmission losses and associated construction costs. The product is designed to handle complex operating conditions such as high capacity, high harmonics, and heavy loads. With partial discharge levels below 100 pC and top-layer oil temperature rise below 45 K, it provides an efficient, stable, and energy-saving rectifier power supply solution for aluminum electrolysis projects.

OIL-IMMERSED POWER TRANSFORMER

The product features high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel cores, high-purity oxygen-free copper windings, and advanced core joint technology. Combined with electromagnetic-thermal simulation, magnetic shielding, and electrostatic shielding, these technologies effectively reduce no-load loss, noise, stray loss, and partial discharge. Full vacuum oil filling, winding pre-compression, and constant-pressure vacuum drying further enhance insulation impregnation, winding mechanical stability, and short-circuit withstand capability. Optimized tank design and welding processes also improve sealing performance and long-term operational reliability.
