The terminal uses a robot to automatically select different terminals,automatic materials feeding according to the order of the terminals in the table file. The same terminal machine can be used with multiple sets of vibration disk, or match different crimping station for changing terminals quickly. The servo terminal crimping station automatically adjust the crimping force according to the size of the wire,improving production efficiency greatly.Advanced production self-testing function,realize self-detection of missing line, self-detection of missing number tube, self-detection of overload of wire-feeding motor. And can be selected terminal crimping pressure management device, terminal visual inspection system, etc, easily operation, guaranteed quality.

LARGE-CROSS-SECTION WIRE FULLYAUTOMATIC SWITCHING PRODUCTION LINE

This equipment realizes automatic wire selection & feeding, fixedlength cutting, doubleend marking & sleeving, rotary stripping & crimping, wiresorting heatshaping and material collection.
It adapts to 6-50 mm2 wires and φ8φ15 heatshrink tubes. Multiple terminal materials are online for automatic production switching according to work orders.
Equipped with UV laser for doublesided marking, it adopts servodriven diefree crimping with realtime crimpquality monitoring. Vibratory bowl feeder protects terminal plating from damage.
It features positioning heatshaping for sorted tubes. Pressure monitoring unit and CCD visual inspection are optional.
Remote workorder distribution is supported. MES interface is reserved to collect production output, yield, downtime and other production data.

INTELLIGENT INTEGRATED PROCESSING MACHINE FOR COPPER BAR PUNCHING, BENDING AND CUTTING

This intelligent copper busbar integrated machine integrates automatic feeding, punching, bending and cutting functions, suitable for power, new energy and other industries. Featuring servoleadscrew feeding with ±0.1 mm accuracy, it processes copper busbars with length of 0.56 m, width of 10120 mm and thickness of 310 mm.
It supports nonstop switching of 8 punch dies, with bending angle adjustable from 90 degrees to +90 degrees. The PLCbased hostcomputer system supports workorder entry and 3D graphic programming. Fitted with an automatic loading arm, it achieves highprecision processing with reduced manpower requirement.
