OIL IMMERSED TRANSFORMER

The S-M Series Oil-Immersed Distribution Transformer is a state-of-the-art three-phase unit developed to deliver enhanced reliability, efficiency, and operational stability compared with the S9 series. By refining loss coefficients and optimizing the copper-to-iron ratio, it achieves reduced losses and improved cost-effectiveness. The iron core is built with high-conductivity, low-loss silicon steel, minimizing no-load losses and ensuring stable performance.
High-voltage windings adopt a multi-layer structure, while units up to 500 kVA are equipped with multi-layer low-voltage coils. For transformers rated 630 kVA and above, a spiral-type low-voltage winding is applied, strengthening short-circuit resistance, enhancing electrical performance, and improving mechanical stability. This ensures reliable operation under demanding system conditions.
A major feature is the pan-seal structure, isolating transformer oil from external air, preventing oxidation and insulation aging, thereby extending service life and enhancing reliability. The oil tank incorporates corrugated plates that improve oil circulation and heat dissipation, reducing hot-spot temperature and balancing mechanical stress.
This robust design ensures precise welding, lowers the likelihood of leaks, and optimizes thermal management. With advanced sealing technology, durable materials, and efficient cooling, the S-M series provides a reliable, efficient, and long-lasting solution for modern distribution networks.
DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER

The SC(B) series showcases advanced design and engineering, delivering reliable, efficient, and safe power for diverse applications.
High-voltage windings use premium enameled copper wire, while low-voltage windings adopt high-grade copper foil for durability and efficiency. Coils are reinforced with glass fiber mats and vacuum-sealed with imported epoxy resin, creating a solid structure that prevents partial discharge, enhances strength, and ensures long-term reliability.

PAD MOUNTED TRANSFORMER

The ZBW series, commonly known as the American pad-mounted transformer, adopts a product-shaped structure that integrates transformer and high/low-voltage equipment into one compact unit. Three sides of the transformer are exposed to the air, providing excellent heat dissipation. The transformer can be separated from the high- and low-voltage compartments, ensuring convenient maintenance and reliable performance.
The S series oil-immersed transformer features a chip-type oil tank without an oil cushion, fully sealed for enhanced durability. Key components such as high- and low-voltage bushings, tap changer, oil level indicator, pressure release valve, and oil drain valve are mounted on the end plate of the high-voltage chamber. This design is rational and user-friendly, making inspection and operation simple.
A steel plate separates the high- and low-voltage chambers, ensuring safety and independence. Despite this division, the transformer and its switchgear form a fully enclosed unit with compact structure, small footprint, and light weight. Both high- and low-voltage sides are equipped with distribution switchgear, enabling efficient load management, safe operation, and adaptability to modern power systems.
