OIL IMMERSED TRANSFORMERS

Oil-immersed transformer is a type of transformer that uses insulating oil as both the insulating medium and the cooling medium. It consists of a core, windings, insulating materials, insulating oil, tap changers, a tank, a conservator, cooling equipment, insulating bushings, and a gas relay. For the low-voltage windings, except for small-capacity transformers which use copper wires, copper foil windings are generally employed. The high-voltage windings adopt a multi-layer cylindrical structure, which ensures balanced ampere-turn distribution, low magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength, and strong short-circuit resistance. The transformer core is processed using vacuum drying technology, and the transformer oil is treated with vacuum oil filtering and filling, significantly reducing internal moisture and greatly enhancing the insulation strength of the core.
DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER
Epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers use epoxy resin as the primary insulating material. The high-voltage and low-voltage windings are wound with copper wire (or foil), cast with epoxy resin under vacuum conditions, and then cured to form a high-strength fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) structure. Their insulation classes include F and H grades.These epoxy resin dry-type transformers offer excellent electrical performance, strong resistance to lightning impulses, high short-circuit withstand capability, compact size, light weight, enhanced safety, fire resistance, and pollution-free operation, allowing them to be directly installed at load centers. A temperature display controller can be equipped to monitor and regulate the operating temperature of the windings, ensuring the transformer's normal service life.
SUBSTATION
A compact substation (abbreviated as box substation) is a compact, complete set of power distribution equipment that integrates high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformers, low-voltage switchgear, electric energy metering devices, and reactive power compensation devices into one or several enclosures according to a specific wiring scheme. It is widely suitable for locations such as factories, mines, oil fields, ports, airports, urban public buildings, residential communities, highways, and underground facilities. Depending on the product structure and components used, it is typically classified into two main styles: European-style compact substations and American-style compact substations.
