This equipment is suitable for dry leak detection of SF6 switchgears, gas-insulated switchgears (GIS), and ring main units. It adopts the method of ammonia filling and leak detection inside the tank. By reasonably controlling the pressure difference range between the inside and outside of the workpiece, it prevents abnormal deformation of the product to be tested. Meanwhile, it uses a pressure sensor and a vacuum gauge tube simultaneously, which greatly improves the detection safety factor.
