BUSDUCT PROCESSING LINE WITH AUTOMATIC FEEDING SYSTEM

The busduct processing line is easy to operate. It accurately calculates positions for punching, pressing, bending and sawing workpieces, autogenerates machine codes to reduce manual programming time and avoid material waste from programming errors.
With automatic gripper feeding, it works without manual intervention to complete busbar cropping, notch punching, sawing, chamfering and pressbending.
The production line includes a loading preparation platform, processing system (automatic sawing, chamfering, depthadjustable pressbending, positioning notch punching, hole punching), and discharge system delivering finished workpieces to the worktable end.
The control system uses highend mainstream industrial components and PLC. Its Windowsbased HMI runs Beien Intelligences selfdeveloped SmartWay software for automatic nesting. It features simple operation, realtime program feedback, and display of equipment operation and alarm information.
