As China’s "dual carbon" goals move into a deeper implementation phase, installed capacity of wind power, photovoltaics and other new energy sources continues to rise. From 3–5 December 2026, the 33rd China International Exhibition on Electric Power Equipment and Technology, also known as EP Shanghai 2026, will celebrate its 40th anniversary at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Organized by the China Electricity Council, the exhibition will focus on "Building New Power Systems and Empowering the Global Energy Transition."

This year’s show will feature a dedicated New Energy Storage Zone, bringing together players from across the entire industry chain to explore the coordinated development of source-grid-load-storage systems and inject new momentum into the global energy transition.
