Derui Electric 10-35kV dry-type transformer features coils fully encapsulated in epoxy resin, delivering outstanding performance in flame retardancy, fire safety, explosion protection, maintenance-free operation, zero pollution and compact footprint. It can be directly installed at the load center.
Backed by scientifically optimized design and casting process, this product achieves lower partial discharge, reduced noise level and superior heat dissipation capacity. Under forced air cooling condition, it can operate continuously at 125% of its rated load. Equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, it integrates functions including fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature tripping and "black box" data recording. It can also be connected to computers via RS485 serial interface to realize centralized monitoring and control.

The 10-35kV oil-immersed transformer manufactured by Derui Electric adopts a fully oil-filled, sealed corrugated oil tank. The tank shell adapts to oil expansion through its own elasticity while meeting heat dissipation requirements.
The transformer body features a new insulation structure that enhances short-circuit resistance. Its core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. Both the high-voltage and low-voltage windings use oxygen-free copper wires and adopt a multi-layer cylindrical structure. All fasteners are treated with special anti-loosening processes.
