The company develops and manufactures 12 kV/24 kV series eco-friendly gas-insulated switchgear, using dry air at a slight positive pressure of 0.02 MPa as the insulating medium. This completely eliminates the use of traditional SF6, achieving zero carbon emissions and environmentally friendly operation.
In terms of structure, it innovatively adopts a combination design featuring dual isolation breaks with a three-position (isolation and grounding) configuration and vacuum interrupters, ensuring reliable performance under air insulation and enabling long-term maintenance-free operation. The latest 12 kV series product can be adapted to a 325 mm cabinet width, while the 24 kV circuit breaker can be used in cabinets as narrow as 420 mm, saving floor space and offering broader compatibility.

In APG, the high-voltage insulation components mainly include environmentally friendly insulation bushings and SF6 fully insulated bushings, which are specifically used on gas-insulated switchgear. They are made of high-reliability epoxy resin materials and produced using the advanced APG process. In actual insulation environments, they achieve long-term insulation aging to ensure insulation safety and reliability. The products cover the series of environmental protection cabinet insulation bushings, SF6 cabinet insulation bushings, fuse insulation tubes, and busbar connectors, which are used for main circuit connections and insulation support, providing a safe, reliable, and maintenance-free comprehensive insulation solution for gas-insulated switchgear.

It is made of high-reliability epoxy resin material and produced using the advanced APG process. The products include outdoor circuit breaker terminals, outdoor recloser terminals, outdoor load switch terminals, and outdoor LBS load switch bushings. They are used for main circuit conductive connection and insulation support, providing a safe, reliable, and maintenance-free all-insulation comprehensive solution for outdoor pole-mounted switches.
