The Pyrofuse SPF-5 is an independently developed smart fuse designed for 1500V high-voltage, high-capacity DC applications. Supporting both internal and external signal triggering, it is widely used in PV systems, EV charging piles, energy storage and other scenarios, effectively addressing two long-standing industry pain points: arc extinction at the 1500V DC side and reliance on imported high-end products. As the world's first 1500VDC Pyrofuse to obtain TUV certification and achieve mass production, it has been operating stably with leading customers, successfully replacing imports while helping customers reduce costs and accelerate delivery.

PYROFUSE SPF-3

The Pyrofuse SPF-3 is an independently developed smart fuse designed for 1000V high-voltage platforms. Supporting external signal triggering, it delivers a breaking time of less than 3ms, offering ultra-fast interruption and a lightweight design. The product is widely used in new energy vehicles, EV charging piles, energy storage systems and high-capacity DC power equipment, effectively addressing two key pain points of 1000V high-voltage DC systems: short-circuit arc extinction and insufficient product consistency. With fast and reliable breaking performance, low internal resistance and minimal temperature rise, it fully meets the protection requirements of 1000V platforms.

PYROFUSE SPF-4

The Pyrofuse SPF-4 is an independently developed Pyrofuse for 1000V high-voltage DC platforms. Offering dual current ratings of 400A and 250A, it supports selectable internal or external signal triggering, delivers a breaking capacity of 1000V/16kA and features an adjustable characteristic curve, providing flexible triggering, fast and reliable breaking and low internal resistance. The product is widely used in new energy vehicles, EV charging piles, energy storage systems and high-capacity DC power equipment. It addresses the limitations of conventional designs with fixed current ratings and a single triggering method, adapting to diverse system architectures through dual-rating coverage and flexible triggering, and fully meeting protection requirements across multiple scenarios.
