Based on the technical characteristics of high-voltage cross‑linked polyethylene insulated power cables, structural designs are developed according to physical parameters such as outer diameter and load‑bearing capacity, resulting in a corresponding series of mounting clamps. The power cable clamp series is primarily designed to provide mechanical fixation for power cables, ensuring that cable supports remain free from bending or deformation, preventing stray currents and localized electromagnetic induction at cable attachment points, and mitigating mechanical impacts under special conditions such as sudden short circuits. This series of rigid‑type clamps is secured directly to cable supports or cable trays using bolts; users may select either stainless steel bolts or hot‑dip galvanized bolts according to their specific requirements.
