Characteristics of DNSC‑type capacitors: Employing corrugated slitting technology, this design addresses the issue of poor contact between the gold‑plated layer and the metallized film—caused by shrinkage of the metallized film—which previously led to increased product losses. At the same time, the technology increases the contact area between the gold‑plated layer and the metallized film, significantly enhancing the capacitor's shock‑resistance under identical current‑carrying conditions. These capacitors are particularly suited for power systems with high harmonic distortion (THD) and harsh operating environments. They are filled with PU resin, offering excellent heat dissipation and superior environmental performance.

The coil of the DNSR reactor is wound with Class H‑grade insulated enameled copper wire, arranged densely and uniformly, with no external insulation layer. This design delivers excellent aesthetics and superior heat dissipation. When the reactor operates at elevated temperatures due to grid harmonics, overcurrent, or other factors, this structural design triggers a control signal that trips the switching device, activating overtemperature protection. The reactor is then prevented from being connected to the grid until the ambient temperature drops to an acceptable range, at which point it can resume operation, thereby extending the reactor's service life.
