WEDO insulated tools are safety protection products, which refer to manual tools that can carry out maintenance work on live and near electric work pieces with rated voltage of 1000V. All the insulated tools of WEDO are strictly produced according to iec60900 standard and meet the certification of VDE and GS in Germany. Before leaving the factory, all tools must pass the 10000V AC voltage test. It has passed many performance tests, including flame retardant test, low temperature impact test and so on. On the one hand, it ensures the qualified quality of WEDO products before leaving the factory, on the other hand, it is also a guarantee for our customers who get the tools produced by WEDO brand. It is made of special insulating materials. WEDO insulated tools not only include two materials: ordinary insulation and non- sparking insulation, but also the casting process is divided into injection molding and dip molding, which can meet the needs of different users.

NON-SPARKING TOOLS

What exactly is non- sparking tools? Non- sparking tools are mainly made of beryllium bronze and aluminum bronze. These two types of materials have special properties. They are made copper which is the main raw material and adding rare metals in a scientific proportion. Continuous and rapid use can ensure safety, and there is no spark explosion during impact, friction and falling hammer, which is very suitable for flammable, explosive, strong magnetic and corrosive working environment. The difference between WEDO aluminum bronze and beryllium bronze products is that beryllium bronze is absolutely non-magnetic and has higher non- sparking performance, while aluminum bronze will have a little weak magnetism, but it will not affect our normal use at all. In terms of quality, the technical indicators of WEDO non- sparking tools have all reached the advanced level of similar foreign products, and have foreign authoritative FM and BAM certification.

TITANIUM TOOLS

WEDO titanium tools have the characteristics of high strength and low density. Its corrosion resistance can be used for underwater and deep-sea operations, but it will not rust at all. The most important thing is that it is an absolutely non-magnetic manual tool, which can be completely and safely used for the maintenance of biomedical or diagnostic imaging equipment.
As a new tool material, titanium tools are not only used in aerospace industry, but also can work normally in marine, electronics, medical equipment, petrochemical and places with high requirements for tool magnetism. It is a very good manual tool, very solid and can maintain stable physical properties even under high load operation or harsh environment. And its weight is very light, only 50% of steel tools, belonging to the highest level of manual tools.
