Dry-type transformer
New Products / New Technology
Dry-type transformers are high-performance resin‑cast distribution devices, ideally suited for modern, safety‑critical power supply applications. Unlike conventional oil‑immersed transformers, they employ a fully enclosed epoxy‑resin casting process, offering fire‑resistance, explosion‑proofing, zero pollution, and maintenance‑free operation. Available in the SC(B)10, SC(B)11, SC(B)12, SC(B)13, SC(B)14, and SC(B)18 series, these transformers are widely used in indoor, commercial, industrial, and high‑occupancy settings, making them the mainstream choice for safe power transformation and distribution.
Oil-immersed transformer
New Products / New Technology
Oil-immersed transformers are classic, reliable distribution devices suitable for outdoor, industrial, and municipal power grids. These units feature high‑quality silicon steel cores and refined mineral insulating oil as the insulating and cooling medium, leveraging a mature oil‑immersed cooling process that ensures stable voltage transformation, excellent heat dissipation, and strong overload capacity, making them well‑suited to demanding outdoor conditions. With moderate costs, long service life, and convenient inspection and maintenance, they are widely used in outdoor substations, rural power networks, industrial parks, and standard urban distribution projects. The equipment is equipped with oil‑temperature monitoring, oil‑level indicators, and pressure‑relief devices to ensure long‑term, stable, and safe operation. Models include S11, S13, S20, and S22.
Transformer core
New Products / New Technology
The transformer core is the central magnetic‑conducting framework of a transformer, primarily constructed by stacking high‑permeability cold‑rolled silicon steel laminations to form a closed magnetic circuit, thereby enabling efficient electromagnetic energy conversion and voltage transformation. By optimizing the lamination structure, joint‑sealing processes, and insulating coatings, it is possible to significantly reduce no‑load losses, magnetizing current, and operational noise, while minimizing heat generation and energy consumption, thus enhancing overall efficiency. Different transformer models are matched with cores of corresponding specifications to ensure an appropriate magnetic flux density and to achieve characteristics such as high permeability, low losses, minimal hysteresis, and robust structural integrity. The quality of the core directly determines the transformer's energy‑efficiency class, noise level, and long‑term operational stability, serving as a critical factor in ensuring energy‑efficient operation.
