The outer PVC jacket is formulated through proprietary research, ensuring it remains colorfast, non‑rigid, deformation‑free, and crack‑resistant. The product boasts a daily production capacity of 10,000 meters and annual sales of approximately 800 tons.

The raw material of Qiande Electric Insulation Blankets is imported EVA resin, which undergoes fully automated one-step thermal molding. Operating continuously, the daily output is approximately 500 units. Depending on the voltage level, the insulation blankets are designed for 0.4 kV and 17 kV applications. Each product is rigorously tested, with insulation performance far exceeding industry standards, ensuring stable insulating effectiveness under specified voltages.

The manufacturing process employs Panasonic robotic seamless welding technology to ensure uniform, robust welds with smooth, flawless cuts, significantly enhancing the overall structural stability. Additionally, a quenching treatment further strengthens the material, boosting its hardness and wear resistance. The product's identification label is laser‑etched for enhanced durability, and it is certified by the Thermal Engineering Bureau.
