Super Alkaline Hydrogen Production System SS Series
The SS series super‑alkaline hydrogen production system comprises two models: KASS‑0.5 and KASS‑1. This system delivers hydrogen with a purity of ≥99.98% at a pressure of 1.0 MPa, supports wide‑range output adjustment from 10% to 100%, and features rapid dynamic response (<10 seconds). Specifically, the KASS‑0.5 model produces 0.5 Nm³/h of hydrogen with a rated power of 2.5 kW, while the KASS‑1 model delivers 1.0 Nm³/h at a rated power of 5.0 kW. Both models share identical dimensions and operate on a 220 V AC power supply, making them well suited for flexible hydrogen‑production requirements.
Super-Alkaline Hydrogen Production System, S-Series Containerized Type
The system delivers hydrogen of exceptionally high purity (>99.999%) at a production pressure of 0.7 MPa, supports wide-range modulation from 17% to 110%, and exhibits rapid dynamic response (<10 seconds). The three model variants produce hydrogen at rates of 3, 6, and 10 Nm³/h, corresponding to rated power outputs of 15, 30, and 50 kW, respectively. All models operate on a 380 V AC power supply, share uniform dimensions of 4.0 × 2.6 × 2.9 meters, and weigh between 6.3 and 6.5 tonnes, making them well-suited for large-scale hydrogen production applications.
Super Alkaline Hydrogen Production System, M Series
The system delivers hydrogen of exceptionally high purity (>99.999%) at a production pressure of 0.6–1.0 MPa and supports wide-range modulation from 10% to 110%. The three models offer hydrogen production rates of 20, 50, and 100 Nm³/h, corresponding to rated power outputs of 96, 241, and 482 kW, respectively. All units operate on a 380 V AC power supply. The KAM‑20 and KAM‑50 share a standardized footprint of 4.0 × 2.6 × 2.9 m, while the KAM‑100 measures 6.0 × 2.6 × 2.9 m, making them well suited for large-scale industrial hydrogen production.
