In the past few years, we have gradually built anintegrated supply chain workshop, and now we havecompleted a ceramic metallization workshop and a CNCworkshop for copper rods. At the same time, throughself-development and cooperation with scientific researchinstitutions, various types of vacuum interrupters andembedded poles from 1.14KV to 40.5KV have beendevelopedand passed type tests.

The product utilizes ceramic-to-metal high-vacuum brazing and laser welding sealing technologies, with the hermetically sealed chamber filled with a protective gas (primarily hydrogen). It employs a strong magnetic arc-extinguishing principle to rapidly quench arcs and features a specialized short-circuit protection mechanism that ensures safe, instantaneous interruption of high-voltage circuits. The entire product series features a non-polarized main circuit design, allowing for flexible load connections without specific current direction requirements. It supports load currents ranging from 20A to 1000A and voltages up to 1500VDC, offering high short-circuit resilience and robust switching capabilities.

CERAMIC SUBSTRATE

We offer AMB, DBC, DPC, and DBA series copper-clad ceramic substrates, available in alumina, aluminum nitride, and silicon nitride materials. These products feature high thermal conductivity, superior insulation, high reliability, and low thermal resistance. They support custom processingsuch as etching, electroplating, and electroless nickel-gold platingand enable the fabrication of precision circuitry and through-holes. Widely used in applications including IGBTs, SiC power semiconductor modules, new energy vehicles, PV energy storage, and industrial power supplies, they meet the heat dissipation and insulation packaging requirements of power devices. We provide DFM reviews, custom prototyping, and mass production delivery based on customer drawings.
