Polymer moisture‑proof sealing compound is a high‑polymer material primarily used for sealing electrical equipment. It effectively provides moisture resistance, flame retardancy, and protection against small animal ingress, forming an elastic seal upon curing. Its core application is moisture‑proof sealing of electrical equipment, including the bottom‑gap sealing of ring main units, switchgear cabinets, distribution cabinets, pad‑mounted transformers, cable branch boxes, and other enclosures. It can also be used to seal cable penetrations through floor slabs, mezzanines, cable trays, and wall openings, as well as to construct fire‑stop barriers within cable trenches.

Non‑curing silicone sealant is a fire‑stop material that does not self‑solidify under normal conditions. Unlike conventional flexible organic sealants, it retains long‑term flexibility and plasticity, making it particularly well suited for applications requiring repeated reshaping or sustained flexibility over time.
