Copper foil

Copper foil is produced by alloying copper with a specific proportion of other metals. It typically comes in two grades—90‑foil and 88‑foil—corresponding to copper contents of 90% and 88%, respectively. Copper foil exhibits low surface oxidation, enabling it to adhere to a wide range of substrates, including metals and insulating materials, and operates over an extensive temperature range. It is primarily used for electromagnetic shielding and antistatic applications. When conductive copper foil is laminated onto a substrate and bonded to a metallic base material, it delivers excellent electrical conductivity while providing effective electromagnetic shielding.
