The portable sag measurement robot is primarily used for construction surveying of overhead transmission lines. Featuring a lightweight structure, it adopts a hanging double-wheel single-drive technology to travel along individual conductors or ground wires. Equipped with measuring instruments, it performs precise 3D coordinate measurement and data collection at various points along the line, and automatically calculates the sag of overhead transmission lines while correcting for errors caused by its own weight.

RAIL-MOUNTED INTELLIGENT INSPECTION ROBOT FOR ELECTROLYTIC CELL PLANT

This overhead-rail intelligent inspection robot, custom-built for the complex working conditions of electrolyzer plants, features a corrosion-resistant and dustproof structural design, making it suitable for harsh environments with high dust levels, strong corrosiveness, and intense electromagnetic interference. The robot travels autonomously along the top-mounted track, equipped with multi-sensor modules including high-definition cameras, infrared temperature sensors, and gas detectors. It can perform 24/7 uninterrupted tasks such as electrolyzer temperature monitoring, equipment status identification, abnormal gas warning, and automatic data upload, significantly replacing high-risk manual inspections, and improving production safety and operation & maintenance efficiency.
