Built on an all‑in‑one design philosophy, it packs multiple interfaces and local communication protocols into a compact 1U form factor. Even without external network access, it enables on‑premises data analysis and processing, making it suitable for industries such as power, railways, water resources, rail transit, energy, and data centers. The product has passed the type certification for intelligent substation auxiliary systems and AI‑driven visualization gateways issued by the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute, and has already been deployed commercially in multiple regions, including Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangsu, and Henan.

Beidou High-Precision Positioning Device for Monitoring Tower Tilt and Settlement

This product leverages BeiDou high‑precision positioning to deliver highly accurate monitoring of tower tilt and settlement, with real‑time data transmission. It effectively addresses the high costs and low accuracy of traditional manual monitoring, as well as the complex access and maintenance procedures at substations. Featuring all‑weather, fully automated, continuous high‑precision positioning, it is also integrated, maintenance‑free, and robustly protected (IP67), remaining unaffected by adverse weather conditions. Utilizing BeiDou's RTK capabilities, it can detect centimeter‑level deviations in tower tilt, lateral displacement, and settlement. Equipped with an encryption chip, it can connect to the power grid's internal network, property management platforms, and the Sijie CROS platform, enabling automated safety monitoring and early warning for transmission towers.
