The Phoenix Contact FAME series test box is a modular, configurable test unit tailored for the power industry, designed to meet the needs of convenient testing in electrical metering and relay protection circuits. Its modular design enables safe, fast, and effortless manual testing; the modular system accommodates a wide range of application environments, allowing direct mounting on control cabinet panels or on DIN rails. HC-TSC Self‑Shorting Plug‑In & EVO Heavy‑Duty Connector Housing Solution
In accordance with grid requirements, the secondary side of current monitoring must not be left open-circuited. Phoenix Contact's TSC self‑shorting plug-in module ensures automatic shorting when the connector is disconnected, thereby guaranteeing reliable operation of the secondary circuit. Additionally, Phoenix Contact has introduced a new PA‑based EVO heavy‑duty connector housing reinforced with glass fiber, which not only meets IP66 protection ratings but also offers superior resistance to condensation compared to metal housings. The cable entry direction of the EVO heavy‑duty connector can be freely rotated during installation, enabling flexible selection of the cable exit orientation and facilitating on‑site wiring while ensuring easy installation.
