Dry-type amorphous alloy three-phase double-winding distribution transformer with no-load voltage regulation

The product significantly reduces no‑load and load losses. It also boasts flame retardancy, self‑extinguishing properties, moisture resistance, crack resistance, and virtually maintenance‑free operation, making it suitable for a wide range of applications—including high‑rise buildings, commercial centers, subways, airports, railway stations, industrial and mining enterprises, and power plants—particularly well‑suited for installation in environments with stringent fire‑safety requirements, such as flammable or explosive settings.

Prefabricated Box-Type Substation (American Style)

The ZGS series pre‑assembled pad‑mounted substation (commonly known as the "American‑style" substation) features a "T"‑shaped configuration, with the transformer and high‑ and low‑voltage equipment tightly integrated into a single unit. The transformer is exposed on three sides, ensuring excellent heat dissipation, and can be separated from the high‑ and low‑voltage equipment enclosures for convenient maintenance. A steel plate partition separates the high‑voltage compartment from the low‑voltage compartment; while the high‑ and low‑voltage sections remain relatively independent, they together form a complete substation assembly, resulting in a compact structure, small footprint, and light weight. Distribution switchgear is installed on both the high‑ and low‑voltage sides.

Underground Box-Type Substation

The unit is buried underground, with virtually no equipment visible above ground, making it ideal for municipal projects in areas with limited land availability and stringent landscape requirements—such as parks, landscaped roads, plazas, and upscale residential communities. It offers an aesthetically pleasing appearance that harmonizes with the environment, while its noise is effectively attenuated by the surrounding soil, minimizing disturbance to nearby residential areas. Located close to the load center, it reduces the length of low-voltage cables, thereby lowering line losses. With an IP68 waterproof rating, it can continue operating even after brief submersion during flooding, ensuring high safety and reliability.
