The risk of liquid leakage is reduced by 20%, and the selling price is 40% lower than comparable products. Based on self‑developed high‑conductivity composite materials, the product delivers a flexural strength of 40 MPa and contact resistance of 5 mΩ·cm @1 MPa. It achieves 10‑15 % weight reduction together with a 5 % increase in energy density. The one‑piece forming process improves production efficiency and yield rate. Standardized mass production enables continuous cost reduction. Widely applicable to generation‑grid side, industrial‑commercial and new‑energy energy‑storage scenarios, the product holds application potential in both flow‑battery energy storage and hydrogen‑energy sectors.

HOT & COLD PRESS FORMING PRODUCTION LINE

The Hot & Cold Press Forming Production Line is a high-precision integrated system by Shuntian Equipment for hot-pressing and cold-forming of new energy core components, applicable to CCM membrane electrode assemblies, MEA membrane electrode assemblies, GDL gas diffusion layers, CCS aerogel, automotive films, flow battery bipolar plates, and composite materials, with one machine serving multiple products.
The equipment features servo control for stable pressure, high efficiency and high yield. It supports both pressure-control and position-control modes with closed-loop monitoring via torque pressure sensors. Multi-stage pressure, multi-stage stroke, slow pressing and multi-stage heating can be freely configured per product requirements, with temperature difference within ±1C. Rapid vacuum evacuation reduces bubble defects and improves forming density.
