1.Modular The overall system adopts a standard modular design with no secondary wiring. Using proprietary insulated bolts, it achieves fixed electrical connections while enabling plug-in (hotswap style) maintenance, offering higher safety and reliability than traditional low-voltage switchgear.
2.Intelligent monitoring Provides acquisition of all key electrical parameters plus three-phase temperature monitoring on each feeder. Supports remote control and remote parameter adjustment, and can automatically push early warnings and real-time alarms to computers or mobile devices.
3.Energy consumption monitoring Employs a self-developed energy management system for localized (on-premises) energy consumption analysis.
4.Flexible & scalable Highly compatible feeder modules can be rapidly and flexibly adapted to evolving customer power demand, especially the elastic capacity needs of data centers.

PBS3-220/110 PARALLEL DC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM

Launched by our company in 2011, this system has now been deployed in over 920 projects. We have also participated in drafting the technical specifications for parallel (battery) technology used in 110 kV and 220 kV substations.
It fundamentally resolves the drawbacks of traditional series DC power systems, where a single battery cell fault can affect the entire string output and where online capacity verification was not possible. Through continuity (connectivity) detection, it can identify potential opencircuit risks in the battery bank, significantly enhancing system safety and reliability.
The third-generation parallel design adopts a new architecture in which the rectifier circuit and the battery charge/discharge circuit are physically separated. This reduces up to 70% of the heat generated inside the battery cabinet, promoting healthier battery operation and extending service life.
