Ceramic capacitor

It is constructed by alternately stacking ceramic dielectrics with metal electrodes, wherein the interleaved yet electrically isolated internal electrodes are connected to the external electrodes at both ends, forming a parallel‑connected array of capacitors. Common package configurations include chip‑type devices, radial‑lead components, molded‑package variants, and metal‑leadframe products. Furthermore, by paralleling multiple ceramic capacitor chips, employing advanced micro‑assembly techniques, and utilizing precision epoxy molding processes, it is possible to achieve ultra‑high capacitance and low ESR in surface‑mount ceramic capacitors.

Supercapacitor

In response to the national policy on green, environmentally friendly new energy and to drive continuous upgrades in production technology, thereby achieving independent and controllable management of new‑energy projects, Huoju Electronics has established three supercapacitor production lines and launched a range of high‑end products, including the CSD01 lead‑type supercapacitor, the CSD02 tab‑welded supercapacitor, the CSD03 terminal‑post supercapacitor, and the CSM series supercapacitor modules.

Tantalum capacitor

The core component, known as the tantalum anode, is manufactured by compressing countless tantalum powder particles into a honeycomb‑structured tantalum block, which serves as the anode. An electrical charge is then applied to form a nonconductive layer of tantalum pentoxide on the tantalum surface, acting as the dielectric. Finally, a conductive cathode is coated or implanted over this dielectric layer. Tantalum electrolytic capacitors offer high capacitance, excellent electrical performance, and superior reliability. Currently, our main product lines include: chip‑type polymer‑tantalum fixed capacitors (models CAK55 and CA55), chip‑type manganese‑dioxide‑tantalum fixed capacitors (models CAK45 and CA45), and high‑energy composite tantalum fixed capacitors (model CAK36).
