POWER GRID CABLES

Power grid cables are used for transmitting and distributing large amounts of electrical energy, consisting of four main parts: conductor, insulation layer, shielding layer, and protective sheath. By voltage rating, they are classified into low voltage (≤35 kV), high voltage (110 kV and above), extra-high voltage (275800 kV), and ultra-high voltage (1000 kV and above). Common insulation types include oil-impregnated paper, plastic (PVC, XLPE, etc.), and rubber. These cables feature compact footprint, high reliability, minimal environmental impact, and low maintenance, and are widely used in urban underground power networks, power plant outgoing lines, industrial power supply, and submarine transmission.

NEW ENERGY CABLES

New energy cables are specialized cables designed for photovoltaic (PV), wind power, energy storage, new energy vehicles (NEVs), and charging infrastructure. Key types include: PV cables; wind power cables; energy storage cables; NEV high-voltage cables; and charging pile cables. Insulation materials are mainly XLPE, silicone rubber, and cross-linked polyolefin. These cables generally require low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) flame retardancy, oil and acid-alkali resistance, and must pass certifications such as TV, UL, and CCC.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT CABLES

Electrical equipment cables are power connection cables that transmit electricity from distribution points directly to various electrical devices and appliances. They represent the most diverse and widely used category among the five major cable types. Key products include household wiring (BV/BVR), rubber-sheathed cables (YC/YZW), control cables (KVV), computer cables, elevator cables, mining cables, and specialty cables such as flame-retardant (ZR) and fire-resistant (NH) types. Insulation materials are mainly PVC, XLPE, and rubber, with general requirements for flame retardancy, oil resistance, and EMI shielding. They are widely used in household appliance connections, industrial machinery internal wiring, automated control system signal transmission, building wiring, and rail transit.
