MGL Full Tension Automatic Splice adopts conical self-locking structure for conductor-to-conductor butt splicing, suitable for overhead cables, bare conductor splicing and various broken-wire emergency repair.
No crimping tools are required; plug-in self-locking can be completed manually. Its mechanical and electrical performance meet national standard requirements.
It effectively solves pain points such as limited tool access and low construction efficiency in high-altitude operations. Widely used in distribution overhead line emergency repair, old-line renovation, new conductor connection, line relocation & capacity expansion and temporary line connection scenarios. BLMT SHEAR BOLT LUG & BSM SHEAR BOLT CONNECTOR

BLMT Shear Bolt Lug is for conductor-to-equipment terminal connection; BSM Shear Bolt Connector realizes conductor-to-conductor butt joint, compatible with copper, aluminum and copper-aluminum transition splicing.
BLMT covers full cross-section range from 6 to 1500 square millimeters with wide adaptability. One single unit can replace up to 18 sizes of conventional crimp lugs, effectively reducing material inventory.
Torque-shear bolts provide standardized tightening with no crimping and zero wire-core damage during installation. Suitable for high-low-voltage power distribution, cabinet wiring, indoor & outdoor new-energy projects such as photovoltaic and wind power. It delivers consistent installation and stable, reliable electrical-mechanical performance at splicing points.

JXL WEDGE CLAMP/CONNECTOR

JXL Wedge Connector features wedge-type self-locking structure, mainly applied for conductor T-branching and conductor-to-conductor lap splicing for overhead cables and bare conductors.
The wedge structure continuously provides constant clamping force, which effectively offsets contact loosening caused by conductor creep and avoids hidden risks of joint overheating. Insulation protective cover is an optional accessory, to be installed as required only for insulated conductor conditions.
Commonly used for cable branching and bypass connection on distribution overhead lines with easy installation. After self-locking installation, it operates stably for long-term service with near-lifelong maintenance-free performance, ensuring both reliable mechanical gripping force and electrical contact at lap joints.
