SF6 Micro-Water and Density Online Monitoring System
The SF₆ micro‑water density online monitoring system is a key R&D product launched by the company in response to national smart grid requirements. Leveraging advanced measurement and sensing technologies along with sophisticated backend software, the system features easy installation, a compact design, and supports high‑precision detection, real‑time backend processing, and the storage of vast amounts of historical data. It enables continuous online monitoring of SF₆ gas micro‑water content, density, and temperature for SF₆ circuit breakers, GIS, HGIS, and GIL equipment across all voltage levels, delivering environmentally friendly, zero‑emission operation and secure, real‑time remote dynamic monitoring—thus meeting the needs of power distribution network automation and condition‑based equipment maintenance.
SF6 Gas Leakage Online Monitoring System
The LEMi2000 SF gas leak monitoring and alarm system provides comprehensive real-time monitoring of on-site SF concentration, oxygen levels, temperature, and other parameters, with features such as instant alerts and data storage and retrieval. The system's control panel is user-friendly, featuring a dynamic LCD display for simple and intuitive operation. The detection units can be flexibly configured to match the number of GIS switches and are infinitely expandable. With multiple input/output interfaces, the system can both collect on-site parameters like particulate matter concentration and control dehumidifiers and air conditioners, supporting automated alarms to enable highly intelligent on-site management.
GIS Partial Discharge Online Monitoring System
GIS and GIL are critical components of power systems, responsible for control and protection functions. If faults are not addressed promptly, they can easily lead to significant risks for the power grid. Partial discharge is a common type of fault in these devices, necessitating the deployment of online partial discharge monitoring IEDs to continuously collect partial discharge signals, perform data analysis and comprehensive assessments, and generate reports evaluating the insulation condition of the equipment. Based on the monitoring results, operation and maintenance personnel can develop maintenance schedules, proactively preventing equipment failures that could trigger grid incidents, thereby ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system at a lower maintenance cost. What are the application scenarios of the SF micro‑water density online monitoring system? Partial discharge in...
