Founded in 2016 Dongguan Shumyip Steel Centre Co., Ltd. has spent nearly three decades manufacturing magnetic cores for transformers, UPS systems, medical equipment, and power electronics. Our silicon steel, amorphous, and nanocrystalline cores are exported to Asia Philippines, South Korea, Europe, Africa, Oceania, South America, North America, backed by a 5.0/5.0 Alibaba store rating and 100% on time dispatch. Located in Dongguan, Guangdong, our 6000 m factory runs complete in-house processes: slitting, stamping, cutting, welding,
bending, annealing, and performance testing. We produce CD, toroidal, C type, three phase split, coil, and rectangular cores plus EI laminations from EI19 to EI400 all size.
We are certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949:2016, with raw material traceability, in process control, and finished product inspection before dispatch. Cores reach a flux index of 50 kG mm with dimensional tolerance within 1%, operating from 100 Hz to 5 kHz, using CRGO/CRNGO silicon steel from JFE and Baosteel plus amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys.
We support OEM and ODM projects from customer drawings or samples, with in house cutting, welding, bending, air gap, and annealing. MOQ starts at 1 piece for most cores and 50 kg for EI laminations, and sample development is fast typically 7 to 15 days.
Our cores serve distribution and electronic transformers, UPS and medical power supplies, current transformers, commonmode chokes, reactors, lighting transformers, and motors.
