STEEL TRANSFORMER RADAITOR

Steel Plate Radiators are the standard cooling solution for oil-immersed transformers, built to JB/T 5347. Made from SPCC cold-rolled steel via precision rolling and multi-point seam welding, they offer superior structural strength and impact resistance.
Configurations:
Fixed (PG): Welded directly to the tank.
Detachable (PC): Flanged with valves for easy maintenance.
Gooseneck: Curved design to maximize surface area in tight spaces.

CAB Aluminum Panel Radiator
Built via Controlled Atmospitude Brazing: 3003 aluminum tubes and fins are assembled, sprayed with Nocolok flux, then pass through a nitrogen tunnel furnace (dew point ≤-40℃, 605-615℃). Tube-fin-header bonds form in one shot as metallurgical jointsno MIG distortion, no vacuum cost.
Oil flows inside aluminum tubes; air crosses external fins. Suited for 35kV box-transformers, traction transformers and OFAF modules.
Vs vacuum brazing: 1/3 cost, faster cycle. Vs steel panel: 40% lighter, C5-M anti-corrosion. Post-braze wash keeps flux residue ≤20mg/; 100% helium leak test. Wide oil path resists sludge; whole core swap-in service.
Key specs: N2 purity 99.9995%, Al-Si clad 4343, fin 0.1mm, gap 0.05-0.15mm, ONAF ready.

Transformer Tank
The transformer tank is the core pressure-retaining enclosure for oil-immersed transformers, housing the core-coil assembly and insulating oil. It provides structural protection, sealing, and acts as a primary heat dissipation surface.
Types: Box-type (for small distribution transformers) and Bell-type (for medium/large power transformers), allowing the top cover to be lifted off for core inspection without draining oil.
Construction: Fabricated from Q235B/Q345R steel plate using CNC cutting and automatic submerged arc welding (SAW). All welds undergo 100% non-destructive testing (NDT). Surface treatment includes shot blasting followed by hot-dip galvanizing or a three-layer anti-corrosion paint system (C4/C5 rated).
Features: Equipped with precision-machined flanges, valves, and bushings. Compatible with Corrugated Tanks (fully sealed, no conservator) or external Panel Radiators. Designed to GB/T 6451 and IEC 60076 standards, ensuring leak-proof operation fo
