The system comprises a central master station, a dedicated communication channel, and substation‑level slave stations, and is structured into four major layers: the device‑perception layer, the data‑transmission layer, the platform‑support layer, and the business‑application layer. It supports voltage measurement on up to 30 channels with accuracy meeting Class 0.05, and current measurement on up to 45 channels also at Class 0.05. The system accommodates digital data acquisition, discrete‑signal acquisition, and discrete‑signal output, while enabling online monitoring of electric energy meters. It integrates voltage and current measurements into a single unified device.
