Transformer
Low-voltage transformers are widely applicable to various single-phase and three-phase power supply systems operating at 50/60 Hz, with input and output voltages not exceeding 1000 V. The product's input and output voltage levels, connection group, number and position of tap changers (typically ±5%), winding capacity distribution, configuration of secondary single-phase windings, rectifier circuitry, and whether an external enclosure is required can all be meticulously designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Single-phase and three-phase dry-type rectifier transformers are used in rectifier equipment to provide charging, voltage regulation, and DC power supplies after rectification.
Voltage regulator
The fully automatic compensating power voltage regulator is designed to automatically maintain a stable output voltage even when the external power grid experiences voltage fluctuations or when the load varies. Compared with other types of voltage regulators, this series offers advantages such as large capacity, high efficiency, absence of waveform distortion, and smooth voltage regulation. It accommodates a wide range of loads, can withstand transient overloads, and is capable of continuous operation over long periods. It features manual–automatic switching, along with built-in protection against overvoltage, phase loss, phase sequence errors, and mechanical malfunctions. Additionally, it boasts a compact size, light weight, ease of installation, and reliable performance.
Reactor
Dry-type iron-core series reactors are installed on the input and output sides of inverters, connected in series with the inverter. When a low-voltage power grid contains numerous harmonic sources such as rectifiers and converters, the resulting higher-order harmonics can seriously jeopardize the safe operation of the main transformer and other electrical equipment. Once connected to the inverter, these reactors effectively absorb grid harmonics, reduce leakage currents caused by high-order input harmonics, minimize motor noise and eddy‑current losses, provide smooth filtering, lower transient voltage rates of change (dv/dt), and extend motor life.
