Oil-immersed distribution transformer
Utilizing advanced electromagnetic design software, this product undergoes automated optimization of both performance and structure. Drawing on a wealth of accumulated experience and calibrated correction factors, it has been meticulously engineered to deliver cutting-edge technical capabilities. The resulting transformer boasts low losses, reduced noise, minimal partial discharge, robust short-circuit withstand capability, leak-proof construction, on-site core‑free installation, and virtually maintenance‑free operation.
Dry-type power transformer
Resin casting employs static mixing technology, low‑voltage windings are manufactured using foil winding, and the core is processed with a 45° full‑skew seven‑step lamination technique, ensuring low losses and energy efficiency. The product offers advantages such as low noise, zero pollution, maintenance‑free operation, and a long service life. The epoxy resin used for casting exhibits an insulation breakdown strength of 18–22 kV/mm and delivers lightning impulse withstand performance comparable to oil‑immersed power transformers of the same voltage class. The core is made from high‑quality cold‑rolled, high‑permeability, grain‑oriented 23G110 silicon steel sheets, while the windings are wound with premium copper conductors and copper foil, resulting in low operating losses and high operational efficiency.
Box-type substation
Widely used in both indoor and outdoor settings, including urban grid upgrades, residential communities, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining facilities, hotels, shopping malls, airports, railways, oilfields, ports, highways, and temporary power‑supply installations. The system integrates high‑voltage switchgear, transformers, and low‑voltage switchgear into a single, highly modular unit; it features comprehensive high‑ and low‑voltage protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation with straightforward maintenance. It occupies minimal space, requires lower capital investment, has a short production cycle, and is easily relocated. Wiring configurations are flexible and versatile, and the design boasts a unique honeycomb‑structured double‑layer (composite panel) enclosure that provides robust mechanical strength, excellent thermal insulation, effective heat dissipation and ventilation, an attractive appearance, and a high degree of protection.
