The 120 kW DC split‑type charging stack consists of a rectifier cabinet and a charging terminal, featuring a modular configuration. It employs flexible power‑allocation technology, enabling intelligent power distribution based on the charging demands of new‑energy vehicles. The system automatically identifies high‑ and low‑voltage conditions and dynamically allocates output power, meeting the charging requirements of various vehicle types and power levels. Each DC module can be individually adjusted to any charging column. While prioritizing the power needs of the first vehicle connected, it can intelligently redistribute surplus power in response to changing demand during the charging process, thereby supplying later‑connected vehicles and achieving full‑matrix charging.
