Ultra-low-frequency high-voltage generator
New Products / New Technology
Based on the actual conditions of China's power system, the National Development and Reform Commission has formulated the industry standard "Test Method for Ultra-Low Frequency (0.1 Hz) Voltage Withstand of Cross-Linked Polyethylene‑Insulated Power Cables Rated 35 kV and Below." In 2004, the power industry standard "General Technical Requirements for Ultra‑Low Frequency High‑Voltage Generators DL/T 849.4:2004" was issued, and China is currently promoting this latest testing method.
Ultra-low-frequency dielectric loss tester
An ultra-low-frequency dielectric loss tester is a specialized instrument used to assess the insulation performance of power equipment. Its core function is to apply an ultra‑low‑frequency high‑voltage signal—typically at 0.1 Hz, 0.05 Hz, or similar—and measure the dielectric loss factor (tan δ) and capacitance (Cx), thereby determining whether the equipment exhibits insulation aging, moisture ingress, defects, or other issues.
Handheld Partial Discharge Tester
Partial discharge is a type of pulsed discharge that generates a series of physical phenomena—such as light, sound, electrical signals, and mechanical vibrations—as well as chemical changes, both within power equipment and in the surrounding space. These accompanying physical and chemical effects can serve as diagnostic indicators for monitoring the insulation condition inside power equipment. When insulation defects occur within high-voltage electrical equipment, partial discharge signals are invariably produced. By detecting and analyzing these partial discharge signals, it is possible to determine whether insulation hazards exist inside the equipment, thereby preventing potential faults from escalating into more serious incidents.
