The HMDV-III800~1300-Y/72.5B-10193W on-load tap changer is a combined vacuum-type on-load tap changer, comprising a switching unit and a tap selector. It is the second-generation high-current vacuum switch independently developed by our company, suitable for neutral-point voltage regulation in three-phase Y‑connected systems with rated voltages of 35–220 kV, maximum rated currents of 1,000 A per phase (three-phase) or 2,400 A per phase (single-phase), and a rated frequency of 50–60 Hz.

The HVVS series on‑load tap changers are designed for oil‑immersed power transformers with rated voltages of 35 to 72.5 kV, maximum rated currents of 400 A per phase in a three‑phase configuration and 700 A in a single‑phase configuration, and rated frequencies of 50 to 60 Hz. They are suitable for neutral‑point voltage regulation in a three‑phase Y‑connection, end‑ or mid‑tap voltage regulation in a three‑phase Δ‑connection, and arbitrary single‑phase tap connection. This series integrates the functions of both the switching switch and the tap selector into a single unit—the selector switch—which simultaneously selects the tap and switches the load current. The compact, integral plug‑in design ensures ease of maintenance and reliable operation.
