Handheld voltage detector
The handheld voltage detector features an integrated design, is easy to operate, and enhances the safety and reliability of voltage verification. It is a capacitive, dual‑electrode, audio‑visual AC voltage detector that employs a coaxial bipolar structure, meeting full self‑test requirements. Its built-in high‑voltage generator circuit enables both audio‑visual self‑tests and voltage‑verification self‑tests, and it also includes a battery‑level indicator. When testing voltages of 4 kV or 10 kV, the red light at the base flashes three times accompanied by an audible alarm; if no voltage is detected, the red light flashes once, clearly signaling the electrical‑signal status.
Self-Powered Utility Tunnel Monitoring Cover Plate
The self‑powered utility tunnel monitoring cover integrates solar power generation, intelligent control, remote operation, and multi‑interface power output, providing continuous power while enabling real‑time equipment status monitoring and remote adjustment. Powered by solar panels and lithium batteries, it supports multiple output channels, environmental sensing, and remote control, and can collect and transmit data on temperature, humidity, water level, and equipment conditions, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring electrical safety. Its cover design is customizable to meet the specific requirements of various utility tunnels.
Label spraying robot
The signage‑spraying robot is a specialized device designed for applying markings to power distribution network signs. Controlled via Bluetooth or a wireless module, it can mount the paint‑spraying nozzle onto a drone, which flies to the designated location and initiates spraying to overwrite existing incorrect information. This solution addresses discrepancies between signage and as‑built drawings caused by line or grid reconfigurations, eliminates the risk of requiring power outages when working near energized components, and supports multiple robotic configurations, significantly enhancing both the efficiency and safety of power‑signage maintenance.
